[Wswss] ARRL JAN VHF CONTEST STARTS TODAY AT 11:00 AM LOCAL WEST COAST TIME

The January ARRL VHF contest starts today at 1900 UTC and ends 0359 UTC
Monday. See you in the pileups! K6XN will be on from my primary Saratoga, CA
QTH in CM87 from SCV this time rather than from our Sierra summer cabin QTH
in CM99 and SV as we are currently snowed out of our Sierra QTH. I will be
running low power this weekend from CM87 (e.g. 10 watts on 1296 MHz and 902
MHz and approximately 100 watts on 6M, 2M, 220 MHz and 430 MHz)  with modest
antennas but I will try to work as many as I can hear on the calling
frequencies and elsewhere when not otherwise engaged in family activities
this weekend or walking my Siberian Husky.  73, Ted, K6XN
