[Wswss] [VHF] Automotive Grid Locator Registration Plate??

Lot's of  Ohio plates have the letter-letter-number-number-letter-letter format so it's unlikely the owner was a ham.  I like to keep an eye out for plates like that are actually grid locators in Ohio just for amusement.  I haven't spotted many.

I'd start a license-plate VUCC program, but I'm concerned someone will send in actual plates =8-O

It would be nice if 6m opened...
