You need to apply +12Vdc to one of the two ~3.5mm connectors
that are situated beside the power cable pigtail.  I don't recall exactly 
which of the two it is, however, if you try grounding them in turn, the 
one that doesn't cause the amplifier to switch to TX mode would be the one 
to apply the 12V to.
