[Wswss] GJTRACKER Version 1.03

[LANCE COLLISTER]

I found a bug in the most recent release of GJTRACKER that resulted in a wrong 
answer when calculating the grid locator from latitude and longitude for the DX 
station.  I have now corrected it in this version:
