[Wswss] P29NI Update - PSE DISTRIBUTE WIDELY

We just received word from Mike's wife that they will be using P29NI from BOTH the 
island locations, and this is the only call they will be using.  Mike indicated that 
he hopes to maybe be on as early as October 19.  I will forward any more information
