[Wswss] 1296 MHz net and K6XN in CM99

Please listen for K6XN in CM99 at our "summer cabin" this Friday night as we
will be trying to check in from a 5000 foot mountain top in CM99 in a
wilderness area from the Tahoe National Forest in Nevada County, California.
We will only be running 10 watts with a Yaesu 736R into some LMR600 feeding
a 23 element M2 yagi but we will give it a good try. If we cant make it this
Friday hopefully over the summer we will have a better stacked antenna array
and we will be able to increase our power. I have not tried to check in from
CM99 before and I am still a rookie on 1296 MHz but I will give it a good
try. I don't even know if it will be possible to check in from CM99 but I
will try anyway. :-)
