New location above Emerald Bay (DM13cn) a nominal 2miles north and 1 
mile west of my usual spot.  Elevation about 200 feet lower and without 
any electrical interference (the nearest power line is 2 miles away!)
Results:  only 13 check-ins.  Why?  Unknown.  Santa Barbara had no 
problem.  San Diego likewise.  Lancaster loud and clear; and, Diamond 
Bar and Riverside without difficulty.
Perhaps it was the heavy fog or the fact that the antenna seemed more 
sensitive to direction.
Next week, back to old faithful.
