It's a watch battery...2.5-3V DC...look for a coin size battery on the
PCBs....same thing used in CMOS of PC Motherboards...
OR it could be a 1 FARAD cap but iirc that radio used the battery instead.
Manual can be found on the Internet....Google IC-45 manual and you'll run
across it
