A number of people have indicated an interest in working CM86 during
next week's 222 Sprint, so I'll be making the trip over to UC Santa Cruz.

I expect to have the antenna set up about 15/20 minutes prior to the
7:00 PM official start of the Sprint. I'll stay until at least 7:30 or
longer if there is activity. Mainly I expect to be on 222.130 unless no
one is using 222.100. Even then I may call CQ on the calling frequency
and then QSY to 130 for QSOs.

Equipment will be an old IC-730 driving an Elecraft XV-222 to a Mirage
211 amplifier. Antenna is a Cushcraft 7 element yagi. Mainly USB with
slow, sloppy CW if needed. Don't have a keyer in this set up and
haven't used a straight key in over thirty years.

Hope to work you then.

73,

Tom K6EU
