Your signal was a lovely S7 tonight and I had to listen to your patient
calls without responding. Your SSB was loud and clear, better than I've
ever heard it, and with very little QSB. I sure wish I had been set up to
respond with the solid state amp.

I have the 1296 rig configured and levels set to drive the water cooled
amp. I play with it for hours on end but still can't make it cooperate.
But we shall prevail!

By the way, I'll be in Canada next Friday so I'll be missing next week
too.
