[Wswss] Device In ARR Preamps?

Good Morning everyone!

I have a couple of dead ARR preamps I would like to restore in time for the 
contest.

They are the SP144VDG and the SP432VDG models.

I have spent a couple hours looking for the data sheet/schematic in my files 
but so far it has eluded me. It must be in one of the many boxes in the 
garage that are as yet, unpacked.

Does anyone have a scan of the data sheet/schematic they can email me? If 
not, does anyone know the device thats used in these units?
