Activity for a Sunday morning was pretty good today. The following stations were active:

W6PQL        CM97
W6OMF       CM98    (Ralph reported hearing Larry)
K6TSK         DM03
W6QIW        DM04
K6HLH         DM14

Signals from Ralph K6TSK and Larry K6HLH were strong and steady here with me. Jim W6PQL and Steve W6QIW continue to enjoy a good path as well (unfortunately Steve and I do not share the same good path).

I believe that Gary WA6MEM was also active this morning although I didn't hear him calling. Gary reports he is nearly complete with a 60-80W SS PA. I ocassionally hear bits and pieces of Gary with his current 10W to a 22EZ so 60-80W should do the trick.

I will begin a moderate upgrade to my 1296 capabilities shortly. Courtesy of Larry W6OMF I've located 1.25 in. heliax to replace the 0.5 in. heliax currently in use. Should eliminate 4 dB of loss and a needlessy high Nf.

Weather was partly cloudy and a bit on the warmer side at ~ 55F.
