Ralph, this list is not being shut down. As had been
suggested, if there is the need to change the name
(and I don't see a compelling reason to do so) it
would not be terribly inconvenient to set up a list
with the new name here at QTH.net
The last time I had to do this, members of the list
that was shutting down were directed over to a new
list here, and I encouraged them to subscribe, rather
than moving every member of the old list to the new
one. That also took care of a lot of problems with
dead e-mail addresses and the like.
Again, I see no real need to cleanse the mailing list
and website of the name WSWSS. Having it stay the
same provides name recognition and avoids confusion.
However, the webmaster is free to do whatever he feels
is right with the website.
