Jim, it looks as if your idea is happening now: 
WSWSS is becoming a virtual club.  

The reflector is still about as active as it 
was before.  The website seems to be headed for 
generic status (same content but without the 
WSWSS name to avoid raising red flags with the IRS 
now that the club has officially disbanded and 
ceased to exist).  Of course, there are no 
officers.  There will still be gatherings 
of west coast VHF-UHF enthusiasts, including the 
upcoming M2 event, but apparently without the 
WSWSS name.

I wonder if we should resurrect the West Coast 
VHF Conference.  Would the next one be the 
38th Not-Quite-Annual West Coast VHF Conference?
Does anybody have the program from the last 
West Coast VHF Conference, held about 1992?  
Was that the 37th annual event?
