[Wswss] Dissolving WSWSS: legal questions

Talk about your basic chicken and the egg conundrum....!! As I, a non
member lurker, understand it, the officers have all (but one?)
resigned....who holds the election? Who certifies the results? And
whom are they reported to? If the organization is an incorporated
entity, just don't pay the taxes and the state will automatically
suspend you. If not, it just stops when it stops. Unless there is some
possible money issues that could be seen as fraud or theft (hard to
believe if current dues were going to be refunded and any excess given
to a IRS qualified charitable entity that has no personal ties with the
person(s) deciding where the money should go) then it is just over. Did
you have to get anyones permission to start up the organization?

On the other hand, I am not a lawyer nor a voting member, just another
retired OF sitting around with arthritis and a computer ;-)
