[Wswss] NY Times article on the end of CW for licencing

       I for one wasnt too pleased by the FCC decision I still believe they shouldhave kept the 5 wpm for the Extra class at least, its a big mistake on there part...the code was never that hard to learn and any 9 year old child could do it.
