[Wswss] Tuesday evening 1296 and 902 activities

These were the stations heard and logged on 1296 here in Northern Cal:

K6QXY  - CM88, Santa Rosa
WZ6X   - CM88, American Canyon
WA6UAP - CM97, San Jose
NA6XX  - CM97, San Jose
KD6IRE - CM97, San Jose
W6QIW  - DM04, Santa Barbara
K6TSK  - DM03, Anaheim
KC6SEH - CM98, Broderick
WA6QAK - CM98, Pollack Pines
W6IZU  - CM98, Diamond Springs
KJ6KO  - CM98, Diamond Springs

Conditions were poor overall, but everyone that was on made contact. The
lack of any backscatter at all was very noticeable.

On 902, there was W6IZU, WA6QAK, W6QIW and myself. Conditions were about
the same as on 23cm.

The weather here has been on the wet side (finally), though at net time it
was only cloudy and cool with temps in the 50's.
