[Wswss] San Diego 1296 bcn antenna fixed

Well, sort of fixed.  Steve, W6QIW, was bugging me so
I finally  got around to putting up a temporary
antenna.  The antenna is (2) 12 ft loop yagis pointed
toward Northern California.  This is the same antenna
we used during the June contest from Mexico years ago
when we worked PQL and QXY.

The beacon frequency seems to be a little lower
..around 1296.323 (as read on my R8500).The power is
15 Watts out. My grid is DM12jr.
