The following stations were heard and logged on 1296 Tuesday night:

      wa6uap CM97 Pat San Jose
      kd6ire CM97 Don San Jose
      na6xx CM97 Chuck San Jose
      k6hcp CM97 Ken Gilroy
      k6mgm CM97 Denny San Jose
      w6qiw DM04 Steve Santa Barbara
      k6tsk DM03 Ralph Anaheim
      w6cro DM03 Chuck Norwalk
      w6cyx CM87 Bob San Jose
      kc6seh CM98 John Broderick
      wa6qak CM98 Bill Pollack Pines
      w6izu CM98 Ken Diamond Springs
      w6gdm CM97 Dave Livermore

Local conditions were good; there was lots of backscatter, and antenna
aiming was much less of a challenge due to the many strong reflections. This
did have an adverse effect on the path into the Sacramento Valley, as those
signals had lots of QSB, and were generally weaker than normal. The long
paths into DM03/04 were tougher as well, with only short peaks and lots of
QSB.

On 902, the active stations were KC6ZWT, WA6QAK, W6QIW, AE6EQ, K6IBY and
myself. Conditions on this band about like 23cm.

73, Jim
