[Wswss] 1296.340 beacon freq adjustment

For those of us using this beacon:

As the crystal ages (it's fairly new), I make periodic adjustments, and
made one today; I moved it up by 2 KHz to aprox. 1296.341, expecting it to
age down to .340 in a few weeks.
