While I am too often still working on my taxes, the hilltop part interests
me. How do you get permission to use these locations? Around here, the various
lookouts seem to be getting closed off, especially at night.
The vista point that I used during the early sprints has long been since
closed to all access. One suspicion is that the folks who have houses down
the hill from there lobbied to get it closed, but whatever the cause, it and
the other good ones in the area are unavailable (at least at night).

It notes that you could have your one machine get the time from
your other internal machine, which would provide a test of the machine
that is having problems. Since one machine gets through your firewall,
the other probably should as well.
