Chris,

Go to the Directive Systems website.  They cover this in their 
technotes.  It is covered extensively also in the (now out of print) 
VHF-UHF DX book.  I can't find my copy of that book after my last move so I 
can't copy the pages for you unfortunately.  I think G3SEK's and SM5BSZ's 
website have thorough information on stacking also (G3SEK was the 
author/editor of the VHF-UHF-DX book if memory serves me).
