[Wswss] Tuesday evening 1296 and 902 activities

These stations were heard and logged on 1296 here in Northern Cal:

WA6KLK - CM89, Willits
K6QXY  - CM88, Santa Rosa
WA6UAP - CM97, San Jose
NA6XX  - CM97, San Jose
K6HCP  - CM97, Gilroy
K6TSK  - DM03, Anaheim
KC6SEH - CM88, Broderick
WA6QAK - CM98, Pollack Pines
W6IZU  - CM98, Diamond Springs

Another light turnout... maybe everyone was on 6 meters :).

Local propagation was fair, and seemed to be OK down to DM12 (N6XQ was
audible here), but relatively poor to DM03. The local weather was
around 80 and calm.

902 activity consisted of WA6QAK, W6IZU, KC6ZWT, K6IBY and myself. Signals
were weaker than normal on this band as well.
