[Wswss] Tuesday evening 1296 activity (and some 902)

These stations were heard and logged on 1296 here in Northern Cal:

WA6KLK - CM89, Willits
WZ6X   - CM88, American Canyon
WA6UAP - CM97, San Jose
NA6XX  - CM97, San Jose
K6TSK  - DM03, Anaheim
W6QIW  - DM04, Santa Barbara
KC6SEH - CM98, Broderick
WA6ZKY - CM98, Placerville
WA6QAK - CM98, Pollack Pines

A light turnout tonight, and local propagation on 1296 was poor; the
longer paths were as well (gripe, gripe, gripe). The past couple of days
were stormy, with high winds, and today we were between storms. There was
evidence of weak tropo, but not much of it.

902 activity was WA6QAK, W6QIW, KC6ZWT, K6IBY, myself and W6IZU. Signals
were a bit better than 1296, but this band was suffering also. Sure hope
spring is coming soon :).
