U.S. Merchant Marine Master Radio-Electronics Officer Howard is presently
inbound on the KAUAI for SF. He is then scheduled for a departure to Hawaii on
Tuesday at approximately 1500 PST.  He is scheduled to depart Hawaii for Seattle
on Sunday the 25th.  Again approximately 1430L time Hawaii...

Good time to get some water grids... No set operating times but he has been very
much present for us on the coast.
