[Wswss] Hawaiian vhf/uhf beacons

FYI,

Here in SF city proper, CM87, Paul's 432 beacon has been in/out s0-s1 since 
at least 08:00am this morning.  As of this email it seems to be a consistent 
S0.

The 144 beacon showed up about 10:00am in/out but seems to be gradually 
increasing in signal strength to a more consistent s4-s5 as of this email.

Mid 6o's and now sunny here but still foggy on the coast line.
