[Wswss] Tuesday evening 1296 activity (and some 902)

These stations were heard and logged on 1296 here in Northern Cal:

WA6KLK - CM89, Willits
K6QXY  - CM88, Santa Rosa
WZ6X   - CM88, American Canyon
WA6UAP - CM97, San Jose
N6KLD  - CM97, San Jose
NA6XX  - CM97, San Jose
W6QIW  - DM04, Santa Barbara
KC6SEH - CM98, Broderick
KJ6KO  - CM98, Diamond Springs
WA6QAK - CM98, Pollack Pines
WA6ZKY - CM98, Placerville

Local propagation was good, and we had quite a bit of backscatter off of
the southern hills; WA6KLK was almost as strong on the scatter path as
direct (S9+). The path to DM04 was better than last week, but still no
real tropo to help out; only aircraft peaks.

902 was (again) a mirror of 1296 on the long path.
