Subject:   Need for New Officers

As most of you know, our President and Secretary have resigned
and the Vice President has indicated his intention to resign as
well.  I am the only functioning officer at present.

Therefore, we need to fill the vacant positions in order to have
a functioning organization.

If anyone would like to volunteer for any of the vacant
positions, please contact me as soon as possible.
