I had a bad experience with SSBUSA a few years with the purchase of a 1296
cavity amp.
The amplifier arrived with out the bias board and I couldnt convince Gerry
of that.
About 2 years later I received the bias board after a call from Mike K6MYC.

You better call him to see if he rec'd it as he lost mine. He
mysteriously found it and sent it back repaired for half the repair
cost. I sent it to him in February and rec'd it last month. His
products are good but he has a SERIOUS problem with repairing items
in a decent time frame. It took me over two weeks to convince him
Fedex had delivered it and it was sitting somewhere waiting to be repaired.

Gerry if your reading this you might consider hiring some help.
