[Wswss] phasing line question for 2m halo antennas

Hello to all, I am Dave, NC6P.  I have a question for the group. I am going
to home brew a couple of 2m halo antennas for portable or perhaps fixed

So, the question - would anyone know the formula or have the measurements
for the phasing harness?
