Ballots will counted promptly, but remain sealed untill at least 2 WSWSS 
members that are not running for any office are present.

We will make every effort to mail a membership form along with the Ballot to 
members that are not current.

The Only Ballots that will be counted will be by Members that are current, 
or have paid dues along with the Ballot.
