These stations were heard and logged here in Northern Cal:

WA6KLK - CM89, Willits
WA6UAP - CM97, San Jose
KD6IRE - CM97, San Jose
KD6VS - CM97, San Jose
W6QIW - DM04, Santa Barbara
K6TSK - DM03, Anaheim
KC6SEH - CM98, Broderick
KJ6KO - CM98, Diamond Springs
WA6QAK - CM98, Pollack Pines
K7NOM - CM98, Elk Grove
KA6VQV - CM98, Carmichael
W6IZU - CM98, Diamond Springs
WA6ZKY - CM98, Placerville

Local propagation on 1296 was very good, particularly along the coast.
WA6KLK was at least 10db above normal, Ralph and Steve were in there for 10
minutes straight, etc.

Chuck (KD6VS) is now on with about 160w and a 67-el WIMO, and was able to
work into DM03 and DM04. Tonight DM03 was a bit of a problem for him,
though, but the culprit was found...faulty rotor control, he later reported
being off of the DM03 heading by 30 degrees, sorry about that, Ralph. Chuck
has a great spot for working into the LA basin, I think sigs could have been
huge. The 3db beamwidth on that antenna is 14deg; Friday it should be a
different story...

The weather here was in the low 70's today, and calm.

On 902, I was joined by WA6ZKY (s2), KJ6KO (s8) and WA6QAK (s9+10). Last
night on that band, AE6EQ was solid copy, despite poor conditions.

73, Jim
