[Wswss] Tuesday evening 1296 activity (and some 902)

Tonight, these stations were heard and logged on 1296 here in Northern Cal:

WA9WBV - CM87, San Francisco
WA6UAP - CM97, San Jose
KD6VS  - CM97, San Jose
W6QIW  - DM04, Santa Barbara
K6TSK  - DM03, Anaheim
KC6SEH - CM98, Broderick
KJ6KO  - CM98, Diamond Springs
WA6QAK - CM98, Pollack Pines
KA6VQV - CM98, Carmichael
WA6ZKY - CM98, Placerville

Local propagation was just awful; seems like if a signal had to go over a 
hill, forget about it. I thought the DM03 and 04 paths were going to be 
toast as well, but Ralph in particular had a pretty decent signal, peaking 
s3 on SSB for a bit. I would have bet otherwise, as Jack's beacon was barely 
squeaking through with occasional blips. Weather up here was light rain and 
in the 50's.

902 was poor as well, though Steve (DM04) was good copy on SSB the night 
before.
