[Wswss] Tuesday evening 1296 activity (and some 902)

First, my thanks to Chuck (KD6VS) for taking the net for me last week while 
I suffered in Hawaii. Chuck reports the following stations checking in:

WA9DNR - CM87, San Anselmo
WA6UAP - CM97, San Jose

W6QIW  - DM04, Santa Barbara
K6TSK  - DM03, Anaheim
KC6SEH - CM98, Broderick
KJ6KO  - CM98, Diamond Springs
WA6QAK - CM98, Pollack Pines
WA6ZKY - CM98, Placerville

Local propagation on 1296 was very good; the odd part was that stations at 
altitude were weaker than normal, and others were stronger...perhaps an 
inversion was afoot. Down the coast into DM03 and 04 it was tougher. There 
was a haze in the air, and it was in the 50's.

902 was about the same on the long path to Steve in DM04, though there were 
a couple of peaks lasting 2 minutes or so where SSB was comfortable. WA6QAK 
and KJ6KO were also active on the band.
