Paul,

Wilkinsons are not really the best way to go as you need high power 
floating 100 ohm resistors.

These older 57762 power modules are combined with Sage "wireline" and 
they work great.  These are rated at 100 watts and they have a 200 
watt vesion available.  The good news is they have a gounded 50 ohm 
isolation resistor.

They ae very easy to work with and only cost $18 per foot.  I can 
ultimately furrnish the exact details on their use but there are some 
application notes on their web site.
