Tim Marek - K7XC, used to publish a guide for VHF plus stations.  It was a 
callbook of sorts that listed all the stations by grid, what bands they 
were operating, antennas, etc.  It also listed their phone numbers and/or 
e-mail addresses.  I am not sure if he still does this or not, but you 
could probably find out.  This thing was a great way to set up skeds to get 
those grids you needed on meteor scatter.
