Conditions were just fair, and it had been raining in the Bay Area since
6:00. Odd conditions, though; CM88 was up, and CM98 was down. Steve in
DM04 was not audible for the first 5 minutes of our normal schedule, then
was 549 for several minutes, including several exchanges on SSB. About 30
minutes later, during his sked with Len in CM89, he was again steady and
strong here in Fremont.
