General Check-ins. Starting south (San Luis Obispo) and working clockwise. 
Should be pointed towards L.A. by 8:10 to 8:15 PM

General Information and Check-Ins, Early Check-Ins on the Vert. Omni. Then 
at 8PM  on the Beams Starting NORTH, NW, WEST, SW, SOUTH, SE, EAST, NE, then 
back South & West for late or missed Check-Ins. At each heading I will use 
both Horz. & Vert. Beams.
