Hi Tom

Since I will be using a separate radio for 2 meter FM contacts, W6MMM will
be scanning 146.490, 146.55 147.54. Anyone have any other suggested 2 meter
FM simplex frequencies that are normally used during contests?

CQing on the calling frequencies and then moving up is an excellent idea.
We will be doing this also but plan on moving up 20khz. We will also be
calling CQ on 144.220 if .200 is it's usual snarl.

I noticed that W6MMM listed 146.49 as a 2M FM frequency and I had planned on
listing 147.54 for our rover activity. Seems like it would be better if we
could pick the same frequency on two meters for contest activity. (I don't
really care which one.) The 147.54 freq has been used by Northern Ca
Contest Club member for the last several years.

NU6T and I will be rovering during the contest. We plan on starting at the
CM99/89/88/98 vicinity and then moving down to the Bay area to Mt Diablo
(CM97) in the later afernoon with a possible stop near the Benicia (CM88).
Sat evening we plan on being above Palo Alto in CM87. Sunday will start in
CM86 then moving to CM96 both in Santa Cruz. We are not sure what's next
but it's likely a long drive over to Carson Pass in DM08. While up in the
vicinity we will also hit CM98.
