Hi all MW-ers and thanks for the reply especially to Donn, Doug, Gerald, Luis
and Bill for your individual help.  I failed to indicate why such a compact
device is necessary for this measurement.  We are attempting to optimize the
antenna system on a CUBESAT which is only a four inch per side cube with six
inch per side dipole.  Other than placing a coaxial cable at right angles to
the dipole extending through the cube, EVERYTHING affects that dipole!
     Here is a summary of the suggestions:  Consult Minicircuits for small
directional coupler and DEM for surplus units.  As for construction tips,
look up Feb 95 QEX, and July 76 Ham Radio.  Many thanks to all.  Cliff K7RR
