Drake sold 6 and 2M transmitting comverters that could be used with a TR3/4
or T4-X. I've got the manual for the 6m transmitting converter that shows
how to modify the TR-4 to connect the two together. Basically you need a a
low level drive signal from the TR-4 along with a method of disabling the
final amplifier. I'm fairly sure the manual is available on the BAMA site,
look for a TC-6 or TC-2. If that doesn't work send me an email and I'll
copy the pages of my manual and send them to you.
