Hi All,

It's been a long time since anyone has heard from me but I am still alive
and well living in a community with CCR's that suck but that's a whole
other story. 

I have a pristine Yaesu FT-736 R that has been in the box, in my closet,
for years. As those that know me I used to have a closet full of radio
equipment just to have it. I bought this radio years ago to only put it
in the closet for use in the future, well the future has come and it is
still in the closet. It is like new, the protective mylar is still on the
display glass and has never been removed. It is full with 144, 220, 440 &
1.2 modules, the 1.2 module I was told when I bought it has never been
keyed up. The other three were almost never used as this radio was only a
few months old when I got it. It has a built in power supply and a MH-1
hand mic. It is in the original box with the original manual. I am
offering it to the group here for $1,500. If no one here wants it I will
sell it on eBay with a starting bid of $1,500. I will not ship this radio
unless you are willing to accept it as is, UPS is not kind to radios
shipped in their system. You must pick it up from me or we can meet to
somewhere for delivery at a mutually agreed location or event. I am in
located Murrieta California, between Temecula and Lake Elsinore. 

The only reason I am selling this radio is because I have decided that I
will never use it and it is too nice to just be sitting in my closet any
longer. I have no idea what the radio is worth, that is what I paid for
it at the time and it was worth it then so I believe it is worth it now
also or it can set in my closet till I die. I don't need the money but I
would like to see someone put it on the air and use it instead of simply
sitting in my closet.
