I have FOR SALE (cheap) HP 340B Noise firure meter.. Going with it is a HP 340A source head and a HP 349A source head. Als have a HP 4606 wide band IF amp. Has 28 and 50 Mhz along with other IF settings. Hp340b also has a built in 12vdc supply to power what you are testing. Use this to tune your transverters ,preamps,ect. This older equipment. It will not give you an EXACT NF measurement reading. But it WILL allow you to adjust to the lowest possible NF.  I DO have  manual on the Hp340b to that tells you how to do all this stuff.
