[Wswss] Tuesday evening 1296 activity (and some 902)

Tonight, these stations were heard and logged on 1296 here in Northern Cal:

WA6KLK - CM89, Willits
K6QXY - CM88, Santa Rosa
WA6DNR - CM87, San Anselmo
WA9WBV - CM87, San Francisco
WA6UAP - CM97, San Jose
KD6IRE - CM97, San Jose
KD6VS  - CM97, San Jose
W6QIW  - DM04, Santa Barbara
K6TSK  - DM03, Anaheim
KJ6KO  - CM98, Diamond Springs
WA6QAK - CM98, Pollack Pines
W6IZU - CM98, Diamond Springs
WA6ZKY - CM98, Placerville

Local propagation was good, and the path to the South was fair. Ralph and 
Steve both were in there with fairly steady signals, possibly indicating 
tropo was more dominant than aircraft. However, Bob (K6QXY) reported Steve 
at s9 for a short time (that one was probably a 747). The local weather up 
here again was clear and on the cool side (48F).

902 was bad this week, both Monday and Tuesday evening. Steve and I worked 
only after 15 minutes of calling, and then just briefly.
