[Wswss] spectrum analyzer help

Does anyone in/near the central valley have a portable spectrum analyzer, 
preferably with the capability to print or save the output to a file?  I 
have a cell tower that just sprung up overnight within 1000' of my QTH and 
would like to document the ham bands before they go online in case of 
future RFI issues.

The tower is right in line with my path up the central valley to Sac, OR, 
WA VE7.
