Walt,
Odds are remote for an Alaskan station making MS contacts on any band as
the distance to lower-48 stations is extreme (but NW WA might be just
possible). Are AK stations included? I see that the rules only have
awards for the four CONUS time-zones so AK stations would be excluded (or
do they compete in PDT).
I assume that Canadian stations are allowed to compete?
