WSWSS 2004 Fall Conference Program Outline
The Western States Weak Signal Society tenth annual VHF/UHF conference
will be held in Fresno, CA at the M2 Antenna Systems Facility of Mike and
Myrna Staal, 4402 N. Selland Ave, Fresno CA 93722. This is near the 99
freeway and the Ashlan or the Shaw exits. The conference program date is
Saturday, October 9, 2004. 
Friday, Oct 8th
For those who will be arriving Friday night we will be meeting at the
Home Town Buffet at the corner of Shaw and Marty, 3617 W. Shaw Ave. 559
271-1927 at 7:00 PM for a buy your own, dinner.

X      Airport---The closest airport is Fresno Yosemite International,
served by most western carriers, has rental car service and other
expected amenities.  Check out their wireless computer networking system.

X      Motel accommodations--- Enclosed is a list of near by motels. They
are listed by proximity to the M2 Antenna Systems Facility. Call and make
your own deal and reservations. Remember to ask for any AAA, AARP, or
other discounts.  For those that would like to socialize with a few
drinks after hours, the Quality Inn, number two on the list, has been
recommended.  Several people will be staying there. The rates seem
reasonable at a Double bed room for $69.00. They have a
bar/lounge/restaurant and if there is a good group and revenue coming in
will stay open late.
