[Wswss] Preliminary contest plans for N6TEB and N6DN rovers

Due to lack of access to Belle mountain in Joshua Tree will not be in DM23
and 24 this time out. Instead we will be starting in DM12 along the coast in
La Jolla unless someone can come up with a better location in DM12 that has
some altitude and still allow working back to LA and up north.

Considering Mt. Soledad but we have concerns about a high RF environment. 

That said looks here are our targeted times and locations. 

11 -1 DM12
2-3 DM13
4-5 DM14
6-7 DM04
8-10 DM03

If there is enough activity to stay on the air Saturday Night we might head
up to CM94 depending on time and activity. Anyone know of a good spot in
CM94 and where it works.

Sunday
7-8am DM05
9-10 CM95
11-1 CM96
2-3 DM06
5-7 DM07
Possibly CM97 if time permits

We will be running 6 to 10ghz and everything in between plus Laser. 

Looking for suggestions for good easy access spots in CM94, DM12 and DM13
