Does anyone have knowledge on SGTF1038A Hi power final amp used at NEXTEL
cellsites? It is made by Motorola and use a pair of MRF897R (30w ea) to
drive a pair of MRF899. (150w ea) Suspect output is around 250W drive is
around 5w, Vcc is 26vdc. Need a schematic or ?? to determine how to key it
for PTT operation. Only info I have is the transistor spec sheets at this
time.
