[WSWSS] PSK31

This is something I can do very easily!  I am on PSK31 on the satellites whenever
possible.  The big problem is getting members to point beams to Morro Bay, CM95
rather than LA or the Bay area!  Loop antennas need not apply.     Cliff K7RR
